Here at LIG we pride ourselves with traditional home made Korean cuisine. Our recipes are uniquely designed while still fully embracing the authentic Korean taste, some dishes requiring over 10 hours of preparation. Our whole menu is MSG FREE and beautifully crafted to entice all the senses.
FRESH INGREDIENTS
The ingredients in all of our dishes are locally bought produce and meats, and for our specialty ingredients we import directly from Korea. We take the time and care to choose the highest quality of goods because we believe in taking great care of our customers.

HISTORY
Hansik 한식
Hansik 한식 is the Korean word that encompasses Korea’s enormous variety of dishes. A lot of time and care is placed within every dish to bring out a beautiful balance of flavor and natural taste in each ingredient. Some dishes take more than 10 hours to prepare!
In recent years Korean food has grown more popular outside of the country, and has become a fun addition to spice up any meal.

Our History
Life is Good (LIG) Korean BBQ restaurant first opened in Regina in the fall of 2012. From that time moving forward we have always strived to bring Regina new and exciting menus.
We are passionate about introducing Korean culture and cuisine to individuals who have never experienced the savory spices of Korea.
